Technology to create, grow and automate.

Websites, software, marketing and automation, built as one system.

Coper works with businesses in Singapore, bringing design, development, marketing and automation into one team, so the site you launch, the campaigns that fill it and the workflows behind it are built to work together rather than handed over in pieces.

What brings people here

Different problems need different ways of working

A one-page campaign site and a system that runs your enquiries are not the same job, so they are not scoped the same way. Every engagement is given one of four shapes first — which settles what is being delivered, who owns which decision, and how it is reviewed, before anything is designed or built.

  • Focused project

One defined outcome with a fixed scope — a website, a landing-page set, an integration, a reporting dashboard — delivered and handed over.

  • Pilot or proof of concept

A small, bounded build to test whether an automation or platform idea holds up in the real process, before committing to the full version.

  • Implementation programme

A multi-phase build where design, development, data and integration work run to one plan and one sequence instead of three parallel ones.

  • Ongoing growth and support

Continuous search, campaign and automation work on a monthly basis, with agreed reporting, a named point of contact and a maintained backlog.

Projects we can show properly

We publish a project here only when we can evidence what we say about it, and — for client work — only with the client’s permission. That makes this a short list rather than a portfolio.

  1. Internal Coper project

Rebuilding Coper's website and the system behind it

Coper rebuilt its own website — and rebuilt the way we build websites while doing it. The redesign is the part you can see; the system behind it is what actually changed.

A real system Coper built and runs for itself, rather than work delivered for a client.

    • Create
    • Grow
    • Automate
The previous Coper homepage: a pale beige page headed "AI That Fits Your Workflow."
    Before
The current Coper homepage: a dark navy page headed "Websites, software, marketing and automation, built as one system."
    After

The visual change is the easiest part to see. The bigger change sits underneath it.

  2. Coper Lab

    SmileGrid — multi-branch dental booking

A working booking demo where booking rules shape the options shown — including available times, alternatives when a day is full, and self-service booking lookup.

A working demonstration built by Coper. It runs on demonstration data, it was not commissioned by anyone, and the organisation it describes does not exist.

    • Create
    • Automate
Step one of the booking flow, "Choose a clinic", listing branches with their next available time and booking rules beside a five-step progress panel.
    Start with the right clinic
Step three of the booking flow, showing generated appointment times with the dentist for each, and a separate panel of alternative times at other branches.
Real times, and a way round a full one

One team across the systems that move a business forward

Three groups, designed to be combined. Most of the value shows up where two of them meet — a site that is built to be found, or an enquiry form that is wired into the way the business actually follows up.

Build what your business needs

The things people actually use: a website that has to earn trust in ten seconds, and the software behind it when an off-the-shelf tool genuinely does not fit.

  • Website Design & Development

Corporate websites, rebuilds, landing pages, ecommerce and UX/UI design, built on a structured content system so the site can grow section by section instead of needing a full redesign every two years.

  • Custom Software & Digital Platforms

Web applications, internal platforms, API integrations, dashboards and reporting. We build custom when the process is genuinely yours and configure an existing tool when it is not — that call gets made before anyone writes code.

Get found and win more customers

Getting the right people to the site — through traditional search and paid media, and through the AI assistants people increasingly ask first.

  • SEO, Google Ads and marketing

Search engine optimisation, Google Ads and paid campaigns, landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation, and the analytics that say which of them is actually producing enquiries rather than traffic.

  • GEO & AI Search Visibility

GEO — Generative Engine Optimisation — is the work of structuring your content and business information so AI assistants and AI-generated answers can find, quote and attribute you correctly. It is an emerging discipline, and we treat it as one: measured and reported, never sold as a guaranteed ranking.

Save time and run your business better

The work that happens after someone enquires: routing, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, and the integrations that connect the tools a business already pays for.

  • AI & Business Automation

Enquiry handling and lead qualification, WhatsApp and messaging automation, appointment scheduling, CRM workflows, automated follow-up and reporting, and internal process automation. AI is used where judgement or language genuinely helps — not wrapped around a process that only needed fixing.

Approach

Most digital problems are business problems with a website attached

So the work starts with the process, not the page. We look at what has to happen, who does it today and where it breaks, then decide what is worth designing, what is worth building, and what is better left alone. Automating a broken process only produces the same problem, faster.

  1. Understand

The business problem first: what has to happen, who does it today, and what “better” would concretely look like.

  2. Design the system

Decide what needs building, what needs connecting to what already exists, and what should not be automated at all.

  3. Build

Build it to be maintained — structured content, typed code, automated checks and documentation that outlives the engagement.

  4. Measure

Instrument what matters before launch, then report on it plainly, including the parts that did not move.

  5. Improve

Keep the work in service. Search, campaigns and workflows are adjusted against what the data shows rather than declared finished.
