Discuss a project
Start with the problem. We can shape it from there.
You do not need a finished brief, a fixed budget, or a decision about which service this is. Describe what is not working and what you want to be different, and we will tell you what we think it would take — including when the answer is that you do not need us.
Enquiry
Send your enquiry
Three fields are required, because they are the ones we cannot reply without. Everything else is optional and only there if it helps you explain the situation.
Enquiry received
We've received your enquiry and will get back to you.

We couldn't submit that
We couldn't submit this right now. Please try again shortly — or send it again in a few minutes if it keeps happening.
After you send it
What happens next
Four steps, in this order. We have deliberately not attached a time to any of them — a published response time we could not hold to in every week of the year would be worth less than nothing.
We read the enquiry
A person reads it, not a scoring tool. Every enquiry gets a reply, including the ones we are going to decline.
We ask what matters
Usually a few specific questions — about the constraint, what you are working with now, or what the outcome is being judged against. Frequently the most useful exchange of the whole thing.
We work out whether there is a fit
For both sides. If this is not work we should be doing, we say so and point at what would be more useful, rather than proposing something to stay in the conversation.
We suggest a realistic next step
A call, a defined first piece of work, or an honest "not yet". What that step is depends on the enquiry, so we are not going to pretend it is the same for everybody.
Fit
What tends to be worth a conversation
This is not a filter to get past. It is here so you can tell in thirty seconds whether sending the form is a good use of your time.
Usually a good fit
- A website or platform that has to do a specific job, not simply look current.
- Search or campaign work where the measure is enquiries rather than traffic.
- Operational processes currently held together by people remembering things.
- A problem that crosses two of those, which is where most of ours begin.
- An existing setup that somebody needs to look at honestly before it is extended again.
Usually not
- Work decided purely on being the cheapest quote.
- A guaranteed ranking, position or return — nobody can sell those honestly.
- A one-off task with nobody on your side to hand the result back to.
- Anything that would need a claim about past results we cannot evidence.
If you are not sure it is worth sending
Send it anyway. A short, slightly vague enquiry that turns out to be a fit is far more useful to both of us than a polished brief that arrives three months later, once the decision has already been made somewhere else.
If we are not the right people for it, you will get a plain answer saying so and, where we can, a pointer at someone better placed. That costs you one email and about a minute of writing.
